Are you passionate about making a difference in someone’s life? We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for a young adult receiving a Community Living Waiver in Allentown, PA.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 24 to 40 hours per week (depending on day program participation)
Duties Include:- Providing behavioral, safety, daily living, and social support
- Assisting with community outings and engagement
- Ensuring safety and supervision (flight risk awareness)
- Training provided for seizure management (VNS support)
- Experience with individuals with behavioral needs
- Patient, reliable, and attentive to safety
- Comfortable with redirection and mobility assistance
One parent will always be home for additional support.
